In compliance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673 of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (“CRD”), EU customers have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase to cancel an order. Cancellation can be done by emailing [email protected] with your order number, name, and items you wish to cancel.

Please note: this does not  apply to items that are digital, personalized, special order, or otherwise non-standard purchases; digital, personalized, special order, and otherwise non-standard purchases are not eligible for return or refund, as per the CRD. 

If you choose to cancel your order and your order has already shipped, you are responsible for all costs of shipping and packaging associated with returning your order, as per the CRD. All return packaging must be sufficient to properly protect any returned merchandise so the seller can re-list the items at full price. If the returned items are received by the seller in a state that makes the items un-saleable, you are responsible got all related costs to replace the returned merchandise.
